GD/ACLS1500 is the world leading man-machine interaction infant ACLS training simulation system, can simulate real
emergency scenes and all the related signs of emergency patient, such as: pupil states, artery pulse, heart rhythm, heart and lung
auscultation sound, etc. All the clinical emergency measures such as defibrillation, pacing, CPR, drug therapy, etc, and real clinical
emergency instrument can be acted on the system. The manikin would show different vital signs change according to different
rescue measures. Open case editing function allows lecturer edit required emergency cases according to clinical practice and
teaching requirement for students training use. Interactive internet features can implement whole students teaching; lecturer can
acquire students operation data easily and timely give correction and guidance.

1. Neonatal manikin, made of imported material, with soft and elastic skin
2. Exercise of placing gastric tubes: gastric lavage
3. Umbilical cord nursing: catheter intubation, ligation and cutting of the umbilical cord; fluid flows along the umbilical cord; replacing of chest skin;
4. Bone marrow puncturation: simulate bone marrow puncture in the tibial tuberosity position; obvious body surface symbol; simulated bone
marrow would flow out if the puncture position is correct
5. Simulation of vital signs: Bilateral pupils contrast observation: normal, mydriasis, simulate carotid arterial pulse;
6. Airway management: realistic mouth, nose, tongue, gum, pharynx, larynx, esophagus, epiglottis, trachea and tracheal ring; can practice
tracheal intubation, sputum suction, oxygen inhaling and incision of tracheal nursing; there is alarm warning if pressure is exerted on the teeth
during intubation. The transducer would monitor automatically if the tracheal intubation is correct, and detecting intubation position via
auscultation is also supported;
7. CPR Operation Training: multiple breathing ways by mouth to mouth, mouth to nose and simple respirator to mouth; electronically monitor
airway open, respiratory time, frequency and volume, and compression times, frequency, position and depth; automatically judge the ratio
of respiration and chest compression.; show data with English voice prompts during the entire process;
8. Training and assessment: With a large number of test questions, support ECG, emergency theoretical knowledge, emergency scenes, cases
and CPR training and assessment;
9. ECG monitoring: realize monitoring of simulated ECG via finger-piece blood oxygen detecting head, storage of thousands of
normal and abnormal electrocardiogram;
10. Provide many kinds of drug therapy and typical auxiliary examination, chest X-rays, and UCG(Ultrasonic cardiography);
11. Emergency scenes script training/ assessment, script/case editing: rich multimedia animation, vivid reproduction of real emergency scenes,
the system provides a wide range of common cases, support user-editing simulated first- aid cases, changes of pathogenetic condition and
students' operation process will be automatically recorded;
12. Neonatal nursing: hair combing, face washing, eye washing and administering, otic drops and irrigation, oral cavity nursing, venipuncture,
injection and transfusion(arm), intramuscular injection in bilateral deltoid , vastus lateralis and buttock, male and female urethral
catheterization, sponge washing, bandage, replacing of clothes, cold and hot therapy, umbilical cord nursing;
13. Limbs joints: bend, rotation, upper and lower movement.
